On friday 12 Sep the dish was Installed & coupons charged.
Till now there is no clue as to what is the problem in activating, though the local Reliance agent visited home, & many follow ups later.
The Toll free & Mumbai nos. are perpetually busy!! (get a feeling that BIG Tvis clloapsed, but my friend in another locality got it done in 15mins after installation)
Lost four days of weekend holidays (monday was also holiday in TN) & a new LCD TV was waiting to see the great bigTV signal, but very frustrating experience
I have given up now!!
