I am using Airtel GPRS Internet service on PC through mobile pocket data modem connectivity (mobile office daily pack) since last one year. From last many days, I am facing GPRS connectivity problem. After every 2-3 minutes GPRS connection disconnected automatically. While contacting customer service dept. they says, the technical work is going on & problem will be solve within 24 hrs. (from last few monts I am hearing same answer.
This problem is not my cell problem. I had checked it with different other networks & also check my sim card of airtel in gallery. My many friends also facing same problem from few days.
So when can airtel solve this problems? And we can use GPRS without disconnect.
