We had booked Miss Rashmi Jha through Yatra under login Id jptour on29dec07 for sector gaudel for 15th jan08 by indigo Flight no 6E 202 followed by airline pnr AH7NAX & YATRA REFERENCE NO YT28009 PNR NO GKD95E on dated 15th Jan.we called the call center no 1800180800 at 0845 hrs& also to the no 09810033835 . on our numerious call to them they can find the Pnr but by that time cancellation time has expired.they informed us that this Pnr cannot be cancelled due to shortage of time. At 0945 hrs they told we cannot cancelled the Pnr.where as I had informed them one our before.
No body of yatra able to retrive the booking by yatra booking refno.by yatra pnr, by booking date, by date of journey date, by name of pax.they told that there is no booking for miss Rashmi Jha on that particular date.finally I got a reply from No.09810033835 that once we had informed yatra people they will take care of it we not worry about the cancellation. Latter on She has not attended our call throug out the day.kindly arrange to make full refund against the above mentioned PNR.
