I took with great hope that spending money won't be a waste for all Bose products. Within a couple of months, this product has started giving me trouble, the outer wire is so sticky that it started absorbing dirt very quickly. When I visited the Service centre, the technician found the wire to be faulty and I got it replaced. The replaced product had a bubble a small bumpy on wire. At that time I've show this to the shopkeeper, They said nothing is going to happen. Now I can see the same part of the wire got a small hole, why because the bumpy bubble punctured and the air inside has gone out by leaving a pore open. When I visited customer care centre at Hyderabad they said it cannot be repaired or serviced in India.
They said it is irreparable, and I've to go for the new one, spending another 5k for the new. If one company is launching some product, they should have a service centre. If they are launching any product which is irreparable then they should mention clearly on the product, or on the bill. So that customer will think twice before purchase.
I've send a mail to their help desk they said they can't help in this regard.
I've attached a file which shows Bose will provide service for all the Bose products. So my product is from Bose.
Please help me in this regard.
