Non providance of value added services like air and not providing the visitor book to customers

Today 4th nov I went to kamlesh kumar petrol pump (BPCL) situated at Gaughat, Allahabad and got my fuel tank filled as usual. Then I asked for getting my tyre pressure checked for which I recieved a rude negetive answer that the machine is out of order. It has been more than six months now that every time I have asked for air, I have got answers like&-quot;No air after 8 pm", " No electricity", " machine out of order", " insufficient staff " etc. Even if in rarest of the rare cases, if the staff gets the work done (that too not without showing a lot of attitude), It has never failed to waste a lot of time of the customer in order to simply discourage him about it in subsequent visits.

On top of everything, the manager also seems to be in collusion with the staff and tries to defend them by taking their side and subsequently rudely refusing to provide the complaint/visitor's book.
