Old balance points not transferred to New replacement card

Customer Complaint no 2750109 dt 18/5

This has ref to the above captioned complaint no given by one of your Customer Care executive named Mr Able.

I have been calling up frequently to your no 022-40422725 & speaking to several executives from 23/4 but i am surprised that nothing has been done till date.

I had a old Petro card (No 7241760340053092) which was lost & i got a new replaced card (No 7241760340940769). The old points that were in the old card is yet to be transferred to the new card. For this i must have called more than 4 times (Few dates i remember like 23/4/10;18/5/10)& after explaining the entire episode i am told that the old balance will be transferred to my new card within the next 7 days but it never happpens.

Kindly let me know when this will be done. Instead, if In-Out vouchers can be send it can be send to my mailing address with an intimation.

Pls confirm.
