I AM SUBCRIBER OF BPL MOBILE .BPL HAVE DEDUCTED RS 49 FOR WAP (WIRELESS ACESS PROTOCAL SERVICE) BUT SERIVCE IS STILL NOT ACTIVE INSPTE OF GIVING COMPLAINT (COMPLAINT NBR DOC-C- 120370848). THERE NO ACTION TAKEN BY BPL WHEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE EXE ALWAYS THEY SAY COMPLAINT IS IN PROCESS FROM 12 MAR 09 THEY SAY YOU HAVE TILL 48 HRS AFTER 48 HRS AGAIN THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO WAIT 48 HRS . BPL MOBILE EXE AND IT PEOPLE ARE JUST HARASSING CUTOMERS .I DONT WANT ANYMORE TO ACTIVATE THERE WAP SERVICE I WANT WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY .
I HOPE THERE WOULD BE SOME ACTION TAKEN BPL MOBILE SERVICE
