I am a regular user of BPL Mobile phone no 9821138253.

For nearly first 4 years i was on billing, but when my bill was coming very high i switched my phone to prepaid. In prepaid i was quite comfortable, but i was not allowed to use GPRS or internet on prepaid phone, hence i switched over once again to billing. Once again the services of BPL were very pathetic and i was not satisfied with the results of surfing or getting mails from BPL.

To get this service they ordered me to make a deposit of Rs 3000. which i did in May07 and after that since i was not satisfied i switched over to prepaid once again.

Now for the past 9 months i am constantly asking to credit the Rs 3000 which they are not doing for any reasons.

We request you to kindly take up this matter and give justice to my constant appeal.
