Foreign particals in drinking wate

Hi,

My name is vijay and i am a resident of mulund colony. I purchased a bottle of Brooks mineral water and luckly had a glance at the water before drinking it and i found some foreign particals in the water. I am surprised as the water for which you charge 12 per litre and still we dont get any assurity of clean water. I spoke with the company authority and they are not bothered about it so i want to make a complaint about it.
