I have a broadband connection of bsnl. i had 550 combo plan till june 09 but half in month i apply for 750 unlimited broadband plan and deposit advance rental of plan (750/- rs).but co. not be changed my plan till now and send me 11, 886.00/- bill of july 09 . so pls solve my problem as soon as.
