Dear Sir,

I sent CD's which were breaked in transit and contacted your office in Delhi. No body is responding. We like to get cheaper and quality products. When we are calling your office in Delhi and sending CD's is becoming more expenditure orientation.

If you really not taking care in all these things you will loose custormer and your work will become a farce.
