Buying of Airline ticket
Amount is debited but ticket not issued!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that my gold credit card issued by AMEX has been debited on 30th Oct at 13:18 HRS while booking a ticket from Dubai to Bangaluru under PNR number GSZLXU. But I received a message from KFAirlines today stating that they are not able to process the issuance of the ticket. Pls clarify if your are planning to return the amount back to me or issue the ticket so as to make alternate arrangement with other airlines. FYI, I happen to be a frequent flyer as well but now onwards I may have to blacklist the Airline sine this is the second time we are facing the similar problem while Airline tries to extract more money at a later date.
