Cancellation of e ticket
Not recieved refund amount

Dear sir,

I have booked a e ticket online by irctc pnr no 4111494509 from pune to Delhi on 15th oct 09

The amount of Rs 1674/ deducted from my icici a/c

On 17th oct 09 I cancelled the ticket but the money has not credited to my a/c on 20th oct 09
