Supplements in the TOI paper not being delivered regularly

Regret to compain about the NON DELIVERY of the supplements which included in The Times of India.

The common complaint by the delivery boy, is that the particular supplement had not arrived/delivered in time.

This is rather a LAME EXCUSE.

If the TOI papers are being sent in different sets by different modes of transport, then one can expect this kind of careless attitude in delivering the newspaper.

Had also requested to the delivery boy, to ensure that the missing sheets, be forwarded to the concerned customers the following day.

but that also did not occur, so please kindly look into the above.
