Vodafone CCE - Ignorant staff

I spoke 2 3 different exec's about Postpaid 2 prepaid migration, and not only they are not aware of sum such things (HIGHLY IGNORANT OF NEW REGULATIONS FROM TRAI) but also showing a lot of unnecessary attitude.

I really think u guys should train ur staff 2 better handle customers.
