Respected sir,

I passed out 10th class from dayanand model sr.sec.school, jalandhar in 2002 (Roll No. 2144706). My original dmc got misplaced few years ago and i applied for duplicate dmc on 23rd july alongwith the required application form duly filled and signed by school principal, newpaper cutting and demamd draft of Rs.125 (including urgent fees). I have not received my dmc as of now. So i kindly request you to take a notice of the same and kindly update the current status of my application with me because its very urgent.
