Many probleme in my bike

here by informed the hero honda company that i have purchased (cbz extreme) bike on 2/07. n after 1month i saw that my bike stop in rain, i don, t know due to rain water or some other fault, after 2month i saw that my bike have very rer break n it giving 35 km per litter averege... i have complaint many time about that but i still don, t have any response to copany to solve this problem n service center not listen the problems
