Misbehaving by your employe

I have got 5 no. of connection of airtel since 1997 but not up till now i have seen this kind of behavior by one of your employee

please take appropriate action against sanmeet the name she said was hers with ref to my mobile no. 9871196699 on 18/02/09 time 14.10 pm my complained got registered for disconnection for this no. so you can find that aforesaid person.
