REPLACE PRINTERS/REFUND

This is with Reference with the case-id no. ININ-627-2056673 For the HP OFFICEJET PRO Printers L7580 & L7380 printers with serial no.s-MY7YC4301Y (MY77L5500Q) with extended warranty care pack s.no. G5Z8IN00E935 Exp 10 & S/n. MY8C28219Q Respectively Purchased on 28th May’2009.

Though We got Printer Replacement Twice & Printer Head K/Y-8 Times there has been no permanent solution- every 2nd day after replacement same problem arises & we have to carry such bulky printers to HP service centre. Though I have both the printers under warranty theire is no onsite support for such higher end model even I came to know from Hp Tech. Engineer reason for the problem he says that this series i.e.73 & 75 are failure models and who ever owns such model are going through same situation.

We request HP to refund entire amount or replace the said printers with new model. We are tired of carrying the printers as of 10 times now. Does HP does’nt have any responsibility or respect for the customers troubles. Its hardly 2 months old & the problems have started who will be responsible once the warranty lapses.

Please do the needful as early as possible, Else we have to bang Consumer Forum’s Door.
