Receving wrong call to mobile from CITI

Respected sir,

I have taken a new IDEA connection in the month of June.

From then now iam receiving lots of wrong numbers which is not releted to my work.

One of the common call which I received from CITI Financial ltd, Mumbai & Gurgoan.

The executive is asking for Mr. Yadav, I already told them that this numbers is belongs to me (Saurabh Jawale) only & I doesn’t know that person.

When I asked the executive where is this person is staying, the answer I got from them is he is staying in Mumbai.

But the actual thing is iam staying in Pune.

I already given a complaint to CITI Finance to delete my contact number from their record, & I should not get any call from them.

They also assured me that my contact number will be deleted from their record within 15 days.

But still I receiving the call from CITI FINANCE.

Kindly look into the matter.
