Extra amount that was taken from me, is not refund

Hi, I had taken Auto loan from Citifinancials & paid them post dated cheques. But I had made part payment now & closed that loan account. Also I had recieved NOC from them. But when I registered request to them to send my remaining pot dated cheques on 7/12. I have not recieved till date & one of the cheque was cleared amount from my account. I have also requested for refund of this extra amount which citifinancials had taken, but not recieved till date.
