Hi.this is regarding ph.no.9354120764.being a old customer of reliance i choosed the same set for my wife on dt.12.12.07 (REKHA RANI) h.no.22/648, brahi rd.nehru park, BAHADURGARH..the day i purchased i submitted all required i.d. proof with 2 photos.from the same day the problems started.first with the SIM, i changed it with the panality of rs.100.on dt.26.12.07 from ur dariyaganj .n.delhi branch.again i have submitted i.d. proof.after just 3 hour my service has disconnected without giving prior notice.again with a long discussion with ur officer, no one is ready to tell me where my all submitted proof gone? and why giving me any notice why u disconnect the services? the only answer is, again u have to submited-2.i am posted at madras.my wife is in bahadurgarh (haryana).she cant walk.what u want from us again we have rush towerds ur office? after checking the proof ur officer has replaced the SIM, then why u r asking for resubmission? whats the benifit to choose reliance if u r hurshing ur customer like this.pls.give me satisfactory reply if u can?
