No refund after cancellation of air-ticket

I booked 4 air ticket using ClearTrip from Ahmedabad to Delhi. The Trip id is: 904153877.

The ticket clearly states that " This ticket is classified by ClearTrip as refundable".

However, when I cancelled the ticket, they informed me that this is a zero base fare ticket and can not be refunded.

Even after speaking to the ClearTrip customer care people 2 times, I was not given any refund.

This is clearly a harassment by this web site. I would never recommend anyone to use ClearTrip.
