Efund of money

I had booked train ticket on 5/5/09 as a guest in the name of my friend sujit pattnaik from sbp to secundrabad and payment was made through net banking (SBI) and sum of Rs 398/- was tranfered to A/C No 30413961474 on the same time, but unfourtunatly my ticket was not booked nor I got the ticket nor my money, after which I contacted costomer care of cleartrip but could not contact as the number given are always out of order, so I mailed them in which it was clearlymentioned that there customer care executive will be calling me within 24 hours, but no one responed & I again mailed reularly & recieved automatic generated mails only, Now I want to get my money back.
