I was issued a club mahindra gift voucher against which i had made reservation for 28th sept and 29 th sept was confirmed that too after of request mail but due to unavoidable circumstances we had to be back on 29th so after confirming from hotel lal mahal palace jaipur about availability of huts on 27th sept we requested club mahindra to prepone the reservation by one day .then some lady from club mahindra named sandhya called up and told us that that due to club laws they are not able to entertain my request.on asking for phone nos of one of member relation numbers wrong no was intimated to us .with repeated calls to there delhi office no one is ready to speak or give no of either there member relation or directors numbers to whom i can make complaint or can give our feedback .such rigidity in hospitality business is rarely seen
