Since 10/5 when company engineer of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh replace faulty SMPS of comapq presario category SG3063IL, Product No. GS215AA#ACJ Serial No. INA72901GS the DVD R neither ejecting nor indicating and working. The problem was convinced to the concern engineer and in the office of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh twice but no one has attend the complaint.
