Compaq Presario Desktop PC
Now or Never Offe

I have purchased Compaq Presario Desktop PC on 28th Feb '09 under assurance by the dealer that I will be getting HP 3-in-one printer and a HP 600VA UPS as gift (my Redemption Ticket ID # KMQ-585820) and on 18th May received a mail that my claim has been approved on 30th April '09 vide File No. 99241 and Redemption # YKX-898923 and it will take 8 weeks to delivery the gift

On 27th June I received HP 600VA UPS through Elbee Courier Service and but till date have not received the HP 3-in-one printer. Please help me to get my gift at an earliest.
