Dear Sir/madam,

I had purchased a compaq 3670il desktop and has sent a D.D in favour of your company of Rs 999/- and copy of bill &original bar code 3 months back. Till date i had received only printer (on 24 april), hadn't recived UPS . When i am going to get it? what is the current status? I posted my query on redemptuion site but there is no reply.

You are requested to please let me know about its status.
