Compaq Pressario V3500
Lack spots on screens

Sir,

I have purchased compaq pressario v3611 au in september.since from then my touch pad is not working.now about 12 black spots r there on my laptop screen..i complain about this to retail shop but they r not giving the solution.audio problem is also there.drivers cd is not available for this model.

i m frustrated with this product.

please consider this matter so that i can b loyal to your product n service.
