Im subash kumar, i purchase a laptop 104tu in december i sent all my documents & draft on 10th december hp redemtion mail me & inform that they received all documents on 11th december & they sent my gift with six weeks, but still i am waiting for my gift, no body sent my gift.i mail them three or four times but no respond.
