I'm using compaq laptop from my laptop serial no. is CNF7491Z58. i have extended my lappy's warranty this year because i have faced many problems from the beginning. again i got some problem and i gave my notebook to HP Service centre AGRA on 14sep 09 but this time i'm very much dissatisfied because i have not yet recived my laptop. whenever i asked they said that ur part have been reordered due to some mistakes. i want to know who is responsible for all this, more than 15 days have been passed. i'm facing very much inconvinience due to irresponsible conduct of AGRA service centre.
i need iffective and rapid action in this matter...
