No reply received for the consumer compliant

HI sir,

Can anybody tell what is a benefit of submitting compliant under consumercomplaints. So many peoples submit their compliant against SPECTRAMIND MARKETING LTD NOIDA regarding DTH SET TOP BOX.

I have also logged compliant two times regarding the same but i have not received any revert bank from their site (consumercomplaints).
