Respected sir/mam

I bought a new mobline Z550i from Sony Erricson nehru palace New delhi on 7th june. Now a days my handfree is not working properly. as company said this moblie having warrentty of one year. i have a box, i have warrenty card, i have not the bill for that. but company was not lestening to me . i aleray visit one service center of sony. but same answer that without bill we have not authority to replace any part. then what does the meant of warrent card.

please help me out if possible.
