With reference to above please find enclosed herewith your statement copy, where I have been asked to pay Rs. 6213.31 before 28-10. In this regards I have to state that neither I purchased nor I have withdrawn any single Rupees with this card. I have also state that.
- You have not mentioned Barclaycard priority circle fees on earlier statement and send these fees with late fees and service tax etc.
- I have never applied your credit card.
- I have not accepted any of your schemes and I have not received any relevant documents regarding any scheme. More over I am not at all interested any of your schemes.
- Looking to the your administrative mismanagement and harassment of your representative I am not interested to continue your credit card and directed to CANCELL this gold card with immediate effect on your record. I will not responsible for this gold card.
You are also here by informed that there should not be any single phone from your Mumbai and Delhi office, as they are continually harassing me on my personal Mobile at any time. These are all informed to your customer care department frequently.
I here by also informed to you, If this all will continue I will have to lodge complaint in “Consumer Protection Act” and Reserve Bank of India. This may be noted.
