As per the costumer care information the bill was sent to some other address, no sms, no bill statement by e-mail. On the due date i received a call for not paying the bill.0n the next day aperson was sent to take the cheque but the personhad no proof of being an icici employee, so i didn't gave the cheque to him, but instead i dropped in ATM.SINCE THEN U ARE APPLYING INTEREST CHARGES .so please look into the matter & cancel the interest charges
