Watch given for repair on 25-09-09. not returned till date

I had given a titan ladies watch for repair to c t pundole & sons, camp Pune on 25-09.they told me to give it in 15 to 20 days.today 58 days have passed n watch is yet not ready. each time i call them they answer me watch is yet not ready call after a week.no details are given whatsoever. In the reciept they have given me it is printed in terms and condition that "items not collected within three months from collection date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed off by c."
