NO ticket was booked, but money debited

I had tried to book a round trip ticket (Bangalore-Goa) from "customerneedz.com" on the 12th of June.

The transaction went through successfully and I made the payment through my credit card. An amount of 3000 was debited from my card too.

But when I tried to use the option of 'print ticket' I could see that there were no available tickets for me to print: meaning there was no ticket booked in my name at all.

I have emailed their cutomer care email id and also tried to reach them on the telephone number (both landline and mobile) they have provided on their website, but there is absolutely no response to my calls from their end. None of the phone calls are answered and the email is still not replied to.

I do not see any reason to pay for a service which I have not availed at all. So I would like to have this sum of Rs.3000/- credited back to my card at the earliest.
