Dear Sir,
Unfortunate to submit a complaint against well reputed airlines for a grevious miss response. sir i had a ticket on 29/08 from kolkata to guwahati (CCU-GAU) by DECCAN vide Ticket No. 8473514 and Flight No. DN 553 which flight was cancelled. I had booked the ticket from kolkata airport Deccan ticket counter by cash. I had cancelled the tickets accordingly and applied for cash refund at the Kingfisher ticket counter at Kolkata Airport on 04.09.2008 giving details of tickets and address for correspondence. both the DECCAN Associatwes and the Kingfisher authorities at the Kolkata Airport are just kiddin me since last 24 days. I am running simply without getting any result.
Now this is my last request. and i want the response within 2 (two) days, els I will prefere to knock the door of consumer forum by next week itself.
I hope the authorities concerened shall take the cognigence at the earliest.
