I was scheduled to travel from coimbatore to bangalore (Ticket Number:5605076) on the 22- 12, the filght was delayed by over 2 hours and I had to drive to bangalore. The staff at the counter mentioned that Deccan Tickets do not come with a refund scheme and I'd lose the entire amount. I was not really convinced and I called up the call centre (Karnataka -

9845777008) to check with them and instead of answering to my queries the customer support staff says " GO and check with the guy who told you that there is no refund" even worse was his response when I asked for a supervisor I could talk to, he simply says that all of them had gone for a meeting and no one was avaliable. After a futile argument he finally left me hanging for about 10 mins before his supervisor arrived and I got to hear a whole different story. The supervisor was however polite and considerate and I have filed a complaint (Number117212). Lets see what happenes?
