Sir/Madam,

We hired a house maid on 25th December from DEVI ENTERPRISES, E-183, SHAKURPUR, ANANDVAS, NEAR SAMRAT CINEMA, DELHI -34, contact person was MR. GOPAL. We have paid commission 2 months salary (nearly Rs. 27, 100/-). They have so many promises regarding maid but on 27th December in the afternoon, she ran away with taken Rs. 3, 000/- from my mother's purse, without any information. My mom had call me at 2 p.m. in my office and told me the whole thing After receiving the call I had call to GOPAL, he told me that we have try to find her. But when I again rang him he didnt pick my call. I have tried atleast 80-90 times to call him but he didn't pick my call.

So, Kindly please help me out what should I do and also lodge my complaint in your account.
