Bill Not Correct

I paid my last bill on time before due date i.e.10/02 at Indian Over Bank, Sec 11, YMCA FBD but on current month bill I am charged a late fee fine of Rs 35/- and on bill my last bill payment is posted on 13/02.And I complain to IDGAH comp centre and submit the photocopy of current bill and previous month bill to cashier at Ist counter on 30/03. I complain number in DHBVN Public Grievance CellSo Plze correct my bill as soon as possible and my complaint number is 911BMB But sorry to say still My Problem is not solved. So tell what is benefit to me to pay my before the time period. So Request you to plze solve my probem as soon as possible
