No activation of the feature of Rs 148

Two days back (01/06/08) I refilled my account by 148 to get the required service and got successfully refilled message from 140 instantly at the time of submission, but so far the service has not been given to me. First I called to customer care on 02/06/08, Siraj Tarafdar, attending personnel advised me to wait upto 8 pm. But then when I checked the service it was to get by 8 pm, then again I called to the customer care the personnel tried to convinced me that it would be given by 12 noon today, But, Alas! still Vodafone customer care deprived me. Please show me way out how to get rid of such kind of harrasment from the Vodafone Custimer care. And how lomg I have wait to get the service for which I have already paid?
