Dear Concerned

I have visited the online shopping website www.homeshop18.com

I placed an order of SONY Cyber Shot Digital Camera Model No. DSC T20. The order number is 700124753 dated 01.02.2008.

I recieved the order after 10 days of order. Now the charger of the camera was not working and went to the SONY SERVICE CENTRE, and they told me that the product is not under warranty Bcoz there is no name mentioned of the biller on the invoice and this product belongs to GREY market. Now pls help me bcoz I am having the sale invoice with me. I dont know whom to blame either SONY or homeshop18.
