Dear Sir,

I undersigned Omprakash Vasudev Prasad has given Rs 500 chq no 478280 for new DNA Newspaper subscription. The cheque was drawn in the favour of Delligent Media and the same was cleared on 15-May.

I has been told that with subscription I will get one bag free.

But since then neither I received the DNA Subscription coupon nor the Bag (which was free with this subscription.)
