I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH DISH TV SERVICES

I BOOKED AN HOME DELIVERY CONNECTION FROM DISH TV ON 20 JUL 10 FOR RS 1590. AS PER THEM IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME WITHIN 05 WORKING DAYS. HOWEVER, NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM DISH TV. ON CONTACTING THEM THEY TRIED TO TAKE EXCUSE OF THE REMOTNESS OF LOCATION IN ARUNANCHAL PRADESH BUT THERE ARE THREE DEALERS IN THE VICINITY AS DISPLAYED IN THEIR WEB SITE AT TAWANG. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ONLY GOOD AT MAKING EXCUSES. I APPLIED FOR REFUND ALONG WITH COMPENASATION BUT NO REPLY HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ACTUALLY ALL SUCH PROMISES OF DELIVERY SHOULD BE LINKED WITH COMPENSATION FOR EACH DAYS DELAY, THAT WILL ACTUALLY SPELL OUT THE EFFICIENCY OF SERVICE. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND ADVISE ALL OTHERS ALSO NOT TO SUBSCRIBE TO DISH TV OR BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL.

MY TOKEN NO OF BOOKING IS 17022 AND ONE OF THE COMPLAIN TOKEN NO IS 1822898.
