i have purched new dishtv connection on date 21/09 from promod communications, ahmednagar, maharashtra, india.the set top box supplied to me was taking hours to cath signals, so same was handed to the dealer mentioned above on date 26/06.during time i have phoned, contacted the dealer many times.i was told that your set top box eas sent to company pune office.you are requested to the needful.
