Delay in commencement of construction

I booked a flat in Express Greens project of DLF in October and have paid up nearly Rs.20 lakhs todate. Despite repeated, written assurances by the company, there is no sign of commencement of construction in the project.

This is deeply worrying to me, as my savings at a critical time of my life are locked up without fetching me any return and without any guarantee of when the flat will be delivered. I am in the last couple of years of my service and am apprehensive of the present situation.
