This is regarding the complaint against the DTDC courier service. I had a bad experience with this courier almost 4 times.
This is regarding the delivery of the Documents that was booked under the Consignment No- V02059651 (Express Delivery) which need to delivered on the next day due to emergecy. This is also informed to the person who agreed that will be delivered on next if u book through express delivery. However they didnot delivered on the next day and still in process of delivering it. When the consignee enquired about this, they informed that they cannot delivery the courier since they dont have express delivery and told to collect the docs.
This completly led to the loss of business due to the Negligence of these people. I request take to necessary action against this courier service.
Even I mailed to Dtdc Customer care ..Still no response.
