I had sent gifts worth Rs 500 through DTDC, Vashi branch. The company charged me a hefty amount for the same, promising me that the gifts will reach Gandhidham within 2 days. It took more than a week for the packet to reach finally. One of the total items, worth Rs 300 was lost (or stolen) by the company; also the packet was tampered with! I believe the company is responsible for such bad practice and it is extremely unprofessional! It was my fiancee`s birthday gift and I am really upset :(
