On 30th of December, I mailed a greeting card to Kolkata from DTDC's Magarpatta (Pune) brance, .
Inside the envelope, there were some gift vouchers and some other valuable papers.
It reached Kolkata on 1st of Jan and handed over to the proper person. But inside the envelope, there were only the greeting card, all other items were stolen. It was quite clear from the envelope that it was opened before delivering.
Its not the first time the same happened with me regarding DTDC. 1 year ago I posted a calculator, and it was declared also. But the same was stolen too.
DTDC is full of corrupt employees/franchaises or the company dont care about customer.
